-Enjoy entertainment on a 65-inch smart TV with multiple streaming options and free access to Netflix and Prime Video as well as free and seamless wifi and unlimited free music on the the alexa device.
-Our property also features a detached unit or "casita" with a pull out couch and TV as well as a small 3 in 1 pool table, air hockey and foosball for your entertainment as well as a private half bathroom.
-For a touch of nostalgia, we offer an array of board games. With our prime location near downtown festivities, you're at the epicenter of the city's vibrant culture and events. Immerse yourself in the urban experience while enjoying all the modern comforts of home.
-For your convenience of our guests, we offer full-size washer and dryer available to use with complimentary detergent pods.
- Our house sits on one of the largest lots in the neighborhood, meaning more space for your and your party! Our whole backyard is fenced giving your pets plenty of space to run.
-The driveway is on the side of the house and leads you to the backyard where you will find a covered parking for your vehicles. The covered parking is 2 spaces but you are able to park more vehicles in the driveway if need be.
-For the comfort of our guests, you will be in control of our A/C and heater with our Nest thermostat
Situated in the Southtown/Lone Star district, a lively and upcoming diverse neighborhood, you'll have the opportunity to fully embrace the local atmosphere and experience San Antonio like a true resident.
Please note: like most of the downtown surrounding neighborhoods this area is undergoing major development. You will encounter beautifully updated houses as well as original, older homes. Nonetheless it is a safe, walkable area.
0.3 miles away or a 3 min drive from Blue Star Complex which is the closest access to the San Antonio RIVERWALK, the more "local" part of the riverwalk. To reach the "touristy" part of the riverwalk you would walk about 15 minutes from blue star towards downtown.

For the safety of our guests we have ring cameras that record audio and video facing the front porch, back driveway and also one pointing to our EV charger. They will be on and recording during your stay

We currently restrict our home to only dogs and cats.

Summary: We had a lovely weekend & thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable home. The attention to details on small amenities is superb! The coffee cups are adorable & we had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to all our questions & went out of their way to communicate about our stay. The Cowboy pool was an added bonus with cool water on a hot summer’s day. Would definitely consider returning hot this VRBO.

Summary: The cleanliness and accuracy of the listing was exactly what we hoped for. The neighborhood is definitely misleading from when we first arrived. a mix of older maybe slightly run down homes but felt very safe and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. No problem with neighbors. House was gorgeous on the inside. And loved the back yard.
